Our founder, James Brown, began his career in wireless construction and infrastructure at just 19 years old, building towers, installing advanced wireless systems, and managing large-scale projects across the United States. From galvanized steel to FRP (fiber-reinforced polymer) to wood structures, James has led teams in developing and maintaining critical communication networks from Georgia to Hawaii, Alaska, and beyond.

In 2018, James launched his own wireless construction company, later selling it in 2020 before relocating to South Carolina. It was there that IronClad CX Group was born—built on the same principles of precision, integrity, and innovation that defined his wireless career. Since then, we’ve expanded into residential & commercial infrastructure, storm damage restoration, solar energy, and smart technology, creating a true full-service general contracting company.
